The combination of closure-wine takes on increasingly important thanks to the availability/use of new materials aimed at improving the shelf-life of the wines. In this view, a case study on wines from Müller Thurgau grape has been conducted by monitoring the physico-chemical and sensory evolution of bottled wine comparing three different closures with time up to 9 months.
